Privacy Statement
AmeriChef USA and Kitchen-Quip, Inc. are the sole owners of the information gathered on its website. We will not share or sell any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our company.  

Neither AmeriChef USA nor Kitchen-Quip, Inc. maintains any credit card information on any customer.  We may use the contact information that you provide to contact you in regards to your order or return.  Unless you opt in, we will not contact you for solicitation purposes, which may include email promotions and notifications of sales.

Merchandise Return Policy
Returns will be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for 30 days after invoice date, and must be received within 45 days of invoice date.  A 3% restocking fee will apply after 45 days.  Returns received later than 57 days after invoice date may or may not be refunded or may not be refunded in full.  Merchandise must be returned in clean condition with all original components & literature included.  Unreturned, misused, rusted, dirty, ruined, or neglected merchandise may not be refunded or may be partially refunded at our discretion. 

Ship returns to Kitchen-Quip, Inc.,  RMA [Your RMA Number], 405 E. Marion Street, Waterloo, IN 46793. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, contact us.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by AmeriChef USA. Please use a shipping company that can track packages like USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS, as AmeriChef USA is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Once your merchandise has arrived and been processed, a refund will be issued or new merchandise will be shipped.

Warranty
We warrant each product that we manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement at our factory to the original recipient of any defective part at our expense provided such product is returned to us with transportation charges paid.

We do not authorize any other person or company to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or use of our products.

This warranty shall not apply to any equipment which shall have been repaired or altered outside our factory in any way, other than the proper insertion of appropriate repair parts manufactured by us, or adjustments made in accordance with instructions contained, nor shall it apply to any product which has become defective through misuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to use according to instructions. No warranty is made on cutting board.
